Gather around the fire, taste off-the-menu bites straight from the grill, and begin with an Argentine grazing board designed for sharing. From there, enjoy three courses of live-fire cooking — achuras, traditional cuts, and seasonal sides — served in stages, just as they would be in Argentina. This is more than dinner. It’s smoke, wine, and community around the parrilla.
