Reina and her family moved in 1997 from Buenos Aires, Argentina. Argentine love for life and hospitality followed Reina to Austin. At parties and get-togethers, Reina’s gift for cooking, especially her desserts quickly brought her notoriety among her new friends and family. Wanting to share Argentine culture through food with the wider Austin community, she enrolled in the Texas Culinary Academy.

Well-known for his nightly specials, he is passionate about freshness, flavor, quality, and texture: the four ingredients for success in the food industry. His more than 30 years experience let him had the opportunity to work with chefs from around the world.
