Our Mission
At Buenos Aires Café we are committed to serving the highest quality food, prepared with love and care from the hands that make it. We use only the freshest ingredients available and make an effort to support local farmers and market whenever possible.
We hand pick all the vegetables and fruits used at our restaurants. Our greens are organic and dressed with our signature dressings prepared on site daily. We do not use trans fat oils, only pure olive oil and canola oil. The meats served are also organic. Both the pork and beef cuts are naturally raised, hormone free and certified organic.
To give back to the community is part of our mission and commitment. Buenos Aires Cafe recycles all the cardboard boxes, we make weekly trips to the Ecology Action of Texas. We give all of our vegetable scraps for composting to our next door neighbor Clay Works in exchange for herbs.
Cafe Sur. The beginning of Buenos Aires Cafe
Buenos Aires Café opened in November 2005. As the first Argentine restaurant in the area, Buenos Aires Café introduced central Texans to eating the Argentine way. Buenos Aires Café is still owned and operated by Argentines. Quality guides Reina's selections, from traditional dishes to wines and desserts.
Cafe ESTE. Buenos Aires Cafe extends to the east-siders
Central Texans were hooked. In 2008, Reina began searching for a second location to meet the ever-growing demand for Argentine hospitality and flavor. Not just any location would suffice; Reina wanted to recreate the atmosphere that made people fall in love with Buenos Aires Café. After careful planning and a well executed vision, Buenos Aires Café is pleased to announce the opening of its second location at 1201 East Sixth Street.
Cafe GALLERIA. Buenos Aires Cafe extends to Bee Cave, Texas
In search to better serve its customers Buenos Aires Cafe closed Cafe SUR August 18th, 2010 and moved to the Hill Country Galleria in Bee Cave, Texas. A sad move to many of us nonetheless worth the growth. Cafe GALLERIA opened September 15th, 2010. An addition to the new location will take place in mid December of 2010.
